I have sent an email however have not heard anything back yet. This blanket box broke within 2 days of having it! The handle came off which I am very disappointed about it and would like to understand what Cotswold are going to do about it. I am very unsatisfied right now which is a same as this product has potential and I, when not broken, I really like it.

Beautiful piece. One thing I will say is that it's not as grey as I thought. It looks like it's got a tinge of green on it. It doesn't bother me as it's in a room with white walls, but just in case anyone needs to have it perfectly grey. The storage is great. The legs screw in easily and the lid is perfectly stable. It sits at the end of our king size bed and fits perfectly. Delivery service was FANTASTIC. I've been blown away by the service.

This is one of the best pieces of furniture I’ve ever bought. Always wanted a chaise longe in the bedroom but no space and not very practical but this gives the feel with the added bonus of fantastic storage. The hydro I arm to keep the lid open is brilliant
