Actually, very disappointed with this company overall. We spent quite a bit of money with this company on bedroom furniture and were under the impression that it was a ‘semi-decent’ company from which to purchase. Alas not, the build quality is pretty poor, delicate and very easy to damage. It’s all Chinese made and not very durable. Had it a week and already scratches appearing. However, my biggest gripe is with the company itself, the delivery guys were really poor and did not want to carry the items but instead opted to drag the boxes over the driveway, hall carpet and even the stairs! The boxes, having being in shipping containers were really dirty and destroyed our carpet from being dragged and scuffed walls inside. The blatant disregard for both our home and the furniture by the delivery guys was shocking. Needless to say, one of the wardrobes was damaged. After the usual chore of getting to the right person within the company to voice my concerns, I quickly sent pictures of both the wardrobe damage and carpet damage. Eventually, we managed to get a replacement wardrobe but still the company have not bothered to come back to me regarding the carpet damage. In reality, it really only wants a professional clean and a lick of paint on the walls but the company really couldn’t care less. I’ve had far better experiences with DFS or Furniture
