Product is lovely, but darker than the pictures on the website and without a wood sample we had to order. Needed to return and have found the customer service to be very poor - multiple phone calls and promises to call back with none. Only received a response once I tweeted. Very poor service and an unhappy customer.

Beautiful piece of furniture & fantastic delivery service, arriving within proposed delivery window.
I was shocked at the excessive amount of packaging. Although I understand this is to protect the furniture, perhaps reducing plastic waste is something the company should be considering?

excellent service and a good product.
however we had to have the wardrobe replaced due to a build error.
there were no problems organising a replacement wardrobe which arrived very quick and assembled by the company delivery men f.o.c.
