Absolutely shocking quality and follow up customer service. If I could give zero stars I would! I bought these as they were exactly what I was looking for. To keep the picture and back of the frame (which slides on) in the frame, you need to keep these packaging pieces of cardboard in the back. Could easily be regarded as packaging and thrown away. If you leave them in, which you need to, then the card can be seen. See photos. After numerous amounts of correspondence with the Cotswold customer service team, they seemed to think this is acceptable and turned a blind eye to my request for a free of charge returns label, which I requested and don’t think is unfair due to the inferior quality of these frames for the price. You make up your own mind but I think the pictures speak for themselves. I hope this review helps other people

I’ve bought a lot of these for family photos, excellent quality and come in a range of sizes to fit all photos, they also come gift boxed and make exceptional gifts

I have a few of these frames in a smaller size. Decided to get a bigger one for a special photo. So pleased with it. The frames look neat and elegant and go with any design of interior. Highly recommend.
I think I may gradually replace all of my free standing photos in these.
