Love the look of this bookcase and works perfectly in my room. The drawers are not smooth to open and rather clunky. But overall good for the price.
Hate how Cotswold Co do not take away the packaging though!

The look and fit of the bookcase is ideal for our alcove. Only I can see the baton under the 2nd shelf, when seated.
The drawers are quite clumsy and must be opened carefully, holding both handles. A little overpriced for the quality.

I ordered these bookcases on the 15 th February, and was told they would be in stock three weeks later. I finally received them on the 29th April, after several exchanges with customer service, during which the delivery date was pushed further and further back. They are made well enough ( in China), but have a plasticky quality that you would expect from IKEA furniture. I don’t think I will purchase from Cotswold Company again.
