Arrived broken and only offered a £200 discount. This is the second item bought from Cotswold that has been damaged. Poor.

Lovely bookcase and looks lovely in my lounge. Was a bit worried it wouldn't get in through my front door and into the lounge but the two delivery men where brilliant, being very careful with walls and floor as it is such a big piece of furniture. I'm glad I paid extra to have the packaging taken away as there was a lot.

Not as sturdy as it looks in the picture, just sightlier better than IKEA. One drawer was not closing correctly as a screw fell off, I had to re-screw it back and this left a small crack in the (fragile) woodwork.
