Ordered the very large living room media unit online.No problems at all very straight forward received confirmation and delivery date etc etc.Arrived on the said date and time and exceptionally well packed and received in perfect condition,also ordered the nest of tables too also received as above.Having read so many negative reviews on here I realise that mine was a good experience, which at first i was reluctant to order because of the very large unit I had ordered and the problems other customers had experienced with damaged goods. However it is clear that Cotswold has an issue with customer and after sales services, and all companies know that it doesn't matter how good your products are your reputation relies on giving EXCELLENT customer service.However this has been a terrible year for businesses to navigate and maybe some folks on here should realise how much impact Covid 19 has had.That said Cotswold you need to improve the customer service experience as your business is going to suffer badly.For me however the product was great,delivery no problem so overall was "Perfect".Well done Cotswold Furniture I wish you success post Covid 19.
PS Tip: Might be a good idea to respond to the positive reviews from time to time and not always the negatives.
